                   经过粗选加》工后的啤酒原料大麦,仍然还有许多杂质。例如破损的麦粒等,如果不把这些杂质分离出♂来,会导致大麦在保存、浸麦和发芽期间容易导致『发霉。这些杂质进入麦芽中会影响麦芽的质量,进一步会影响啤酒口味的质量,分离这←些杂质的过程即为大麦精选。
